DEEP SLEEP
DEEP SLEEP is a VR film experience that speculates on possible futures through interactive experiences in VR and experimental game spaces. In the game, at the heels of environmental collapse on earth, participants perform as their future selves. As participants proceed through the game, they are presented with details of the only two options for possible futures left for humanity, to return to earth and rebuild or start over on another planet—all after an extended period of hibernation, waiting for the earth to regenerate itself and habitable planets to be identified.
